RETURNS & REFUNDS
I. Product return policy
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, in accordance with the template set forth at the end of this present, in which case the provisions of Law 2251/1994 as in force apply.
Our goal is to offer full satisfaction regarding your experience with our website and services. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can arrange for a return and refund. Please let us know by e-mail about your intention to return your order within 5 days of receiving your purchases. Returns notices received outside of this time or without notice may be rejected by our team.

It is essential to return all the documents back to the return package.
The Enterprise shall not be burdened by any returning costs. Those are borne by the Customer.
The following conditions must be met for accepting and processing the refund:
|1. Object (s) must be clean, not worn and unused|
|2. The product (s) must be returned to its original condition.|
|3. All clothing labels must still be attached and each package (boxes, ribbons, etc.) are considered part of the product and must be returned for a refund|
|4. Products returned without labels or seals of clothing will not be accepted.|
|5. Products must be returned to the original packaging that was shipped to ensure that the products are received without damage.|
If the conditions are not collectively duly met, we will notify you by an e-mail. In such a case, you have the option to take back your products at your own expense. If you refuse to take them back, we reserve the right to keep the products as well as the amount paid out of the original order.
If the Enterprise is liable for a defect, the Customer is entitled to demand, without charge, replacement of the product with another. The Enterprise has to make a replacement in a reasonable time.

If a product is declared as defective by the Customer, the Enterprise is expressively reserved for the diagnosis of the product as defective.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Enterprise does not provide a guarantee, nor does it guarantee protection for a suitably sold product for any particular purpose.
II. Refund policy
Our purpose is to evaluate and accept returns within 3 business days of arriving at our warehouse. After your refund is accepted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation for processing the refund.
Keep in mind that the payment may take up to 10 business days, according to your Bank’s policy. We can only process returns to the original purchase card.
Your refund will be less than any shipping charge charged at the time of purchase.
For non-EU customers, refunds of duties and other taxes will not be refunded. We recommend that customers contact local authorities for more information on these refunds.
